Angelika Henry, MSHE Chief Information Officer

Angelika serves as Chief Information Officer of ADee Technologies and has been the CIO of Thematic Learning Organization since 2014. She is an experienced education and technology leader with a proven record of designing, implementing, and scaling STEM, STEAM, and Career Technical Education (CTE) programs that support diverse learners across K–12, adult education, community college, and workforce development systems.
Ms. Henry brings extensive expertise in customized curriculum development, instructional design, distance education, and learning management system (LMS) implementation, ensuring educational solutions are aligned with institutional goals, workforce demands, and student needs. She holds a Master of Science in Education from Purdue University, with a concentration in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education, and is certified by the State of California to teach in K–12, Adult Education, and Community College settings. She has served as an adjunct faculty member at multiple California colleges and universities since 1998.
Her academic and professional background includes dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Management and Information Systems, and over two decades of experience teaching business, technology, and applied CTE coursework in face-to-face, hybrid, and fully online formats. As a distance learning expert with Blackboard Inc. for more than ten years, Ms. Henry has supported hundreds of educational institutions, government agencies, military organizations, and corporate partners in the design, integration, and optimization of scalable digital learning environments.
Ms. Henry has led and supported large-scale educational initiatives in partnership with organizations such as Kaiser Permanente, Longs Drugs, Los Angeles County, and multiple Local Education Agencies, ensuring programs are standards-aligned, outcomes-driven, and responsive to workforce and community needs. Her work emphasizes equitable access, sustainability, and measurable impact, particularly within STEM, STEAM, and CTE pathways serving underserved and historically marginalized populations.
In all initiatives, Ms. Henry is committed to ensuring that funded programs move beyond compliance to deliver high-quality, inclusive, and transformative learning experiences that prepare learners for postsecondary success and high-demand careers.

Sandra Williams, Ph.D. Educational Consultant Special Education & LMS

Sandra Williams, Ph.D., earned her bachelor's degree from Elizabeth City State University and her master's and doctoral degrees from The Ohio State University.

Dr. Williams is a Pre-K-12 expert with over thirty years of experience as a K-12 special education administrator, early learning division leader, and university faculty member focused on teacher preparation, specializing in inclusive practices and assistive technology. She has led LEA, SEA and SELPA programs and services as well as large scale professional development initiatives including but not limited to curriculum development, instructional design and special education law and compliance. She has worked as a Division Director, Special Education and Pupil Services in a LEA, school psychologist and statewide consultant on behalf of the Pennsylvania Bureau of Special Education. More recently she served and retired as the Assistant Director Head Start and Early Learning Division with the Los Angeles County Office of Education where she led the Program Design and effectiveness Unit overseeing compliance for Head Start, Early Head Start, state preschool programs serving 10,000 children and families in Los Angeles County. 
Dr. Williams has also led the California Department of Education funded ($22 million) Inclusive Education Expansion Project over seven years. She had oversight of county-wide needs assessment including professional development needs for preschool and TK teachers, special educators, speech/language pathologies, occupational therapists and school psychologists and created an online web-based workforce development learning platform that is currently in use across the state. She worked in tandem with the LACOE Special Education Division to increase the number and quality of inclusion classrooms across LA County. She has partnered with various entities including but not limited to County Offices and Education, universities partners throughout the state as well as public agencies, including but not limited to executive managers at LA County Departments of Mental Health, Public Health, Social Services, Probation and Child Protective Services. She served on both national (CDC, Juvenile Justice) as well as statewide and county advisory groups and committees.

Carla Edwards, M.Ed. Educational Consultant Special Education & LMS

Carla is a passionate educator with over five years of experience in elementary and special education, as well as more than ten years of experience guiding and instructing patients and staff as a charge nurse. With a bachelor's degree in elementary education and a master's degree in special education, she believes in motivating and empowering educators to create supportive learning environments for all learners. She employs a range of methods to engage students, support and develop staff, and promote optimal learning environments.

An experienced educational consultant specializing in curriculum and instruction, special education, and academic leadership, Carla has spent over five years working with diverse student populations. Mrs. Edwards has improved student outcomes and delivered professional development across multiple schools. Her work encompasses developing professional development programs and implementing differentiated instructional strategies that strengthen teacher efficacy and improve student achievement.

Carla Edwards has also helped implement Tier 1 behavioral programs in diverse urban settings and Title I schools. Her work in this area has included professional development, coaching, and tiered behavioral supports targeting exceptional student populations. These strategies have contributed to improved referrals and placements for these student groups, as well as stronger outcomes. Mrs. Edwards' experience in diverse urban settings underscores her ability to adapt and succeed in different environments, a valuable quality in the field of education.

Debra Hall , MSA, D.T.R., CHW, CCNP Health Consultant

Debra holds dual Associate of Arts degrees, a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from Wilberforce University, and a Master of Science in Health Services Administration from Central Michigan University. She is a certified American Red Cross instructor in CPR, AED, and First Aid; a Registered Dietetic Technician through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics; a certified Community Health Worker; and a CACFP Child Nutrition Professional. She has also completed FEMA ICS 100, 200, and 700 training.
Debra served as the Head Start Program Manager for Interdisciplinary Services at the Los Angeles County Office of Education (LACOE), within the Head Start and Early Learning Division, where she provided leadership with vision and dedication.
With over 20 years of documented experience in Head Start, Debra has consistently demonstrated excellence in leadership, organizational management, health consulting, and the design and implementation of comprehensive health systems for Head Start and Early Head Start programs. Her passion lies in empowering individuals, families, and communities through health and nutrition education that promotes lifelong wellness.
Debra has collaborated with a range of community and nonprofit organizations, including the Region V T/TA Network (Booz Allen Hamilton), Boys & Girls Clubs, Columbus Urban League, YMCA of Central Ohio, and the Columbus Health Department. She is passionate about delivering health and nutrition education that empowers individuals, families, and communities to achieve optimal health and wellness.

Korressa Lee, BS, MA.

STEM-Physics Educational Consultant

Korressa is a Senior Health Physicist with the federal government. In this role, she facilitates radiation-related research through consultations, training, laboratory oversight, and protocol writing. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Physics from South Carolina State University and her Master of Arts in Material Science from Fisk University. Her areas of expertise include scintillator development and ionizing radiation statistics.
Korressa is the immediate past president of the Baltimore-Washington Health Physics Society. Her involvement in the Health Physics Society spans more than ten years at both the local and national levels. She also serves in leadership roles at her church and with several community service organizations.
