Angelika Henry, MSHE
Chief Information Officer (CIO),
Angelika Henry, MSHE, is the Chief Information Officer of ADEE Technologies and has served as CIO of Thematic Learning Organization since 2014. She is a highly accomplished leader in designing and delivering educational content to individuals, organizations, and trade professionals in ways that are not only effective but also promote strong independent outcomes.
Angelika is dedicated to expanding knowledge and understanding through customized education and to building partnerships across the eLearning and online course ecosystem. Her experience is extensive and unique: she is certified by the State of California to teach within the K–12, Adult Education, and Community College systems. She holds a Master of Science in Education from Purdue University, with a focus on Teaching and Learning in Higher Education, and has served as an adjunct professor at numerous California colleges since 1998.
Angelika earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Management and Information Systems from the University of Phoenix. She has taught a wide range of Business and Technology courses in face-to-face, online, and hybrid formats at community colleges as well as several California universities, including California Baptist University, Cal Poly Pomona, and Charles Drew University.
As a distance learning expert for more than ten years with Blackboard Inc., Angelika has supported hundreds of individuals, companies, corporations, government entities, court systems, the U.S. military, colleges, and universities in integrating and configuring back-end systems involving standards, protocols, and permissions. She has also collaborated extensively with instructional designers, administrators, faculty, facilitators, and trainers to design, implement, and launch student-centered learning experiences. Her work with major corporate and enterprise partners—including Kaiser Permanente, Longs Drugs, and Los Angeles County—has further strengthened her ability to align training with organizational goals while addressing the specific learning needs of individuals.
Angelika’s passion is to ensure that educational programs—regardless of topic—go beyond checking boxes. She is committed to ensuring that teaching, curriculum, and delivery modalities are intentionally designed to meet learners where they are, providing meaningful, effective, and transformative learning experiences.
Chesna M. Francisco
Operations Manager
Chesna Francisco, MBA, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with nearly seven years of experience supporting public sector organizations, including the federal government, Columbus Public Health, and the City of Columbus Human Resources Department. She holds an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from Park University and a bachelor's degree in Consumer Science and Family Finance from The Ohio State University.
Known for her organizational skills, attention to detail, and positive attitude, Chesna brings a collaborative and solutions-driven approach to every team she joins. Her professional journey has been rooted in a commitment to public service, and she is passionate about using her leadership skills to create operational efficiencies that enhance community impact.
Chesna currently holds the Operations Manager position, where she can expand her influence and continue to improve the lives of children and families through strategic planning, team leadership, and cross-functional coordination.
Carla Edwards
Educational Consultant-Special Education & LMS
Carla Edwards, M.Ed., is a passionate educator with over 5 years of experience in elementary and special education, as well as over 10 years of guiding and instructing patients and staff as a charge nurse. With a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and a master’s degree in special education, she believes in motivating and empowering educators to create supportive learning environments for all learners. She employs a range of methods to both engage students and support and develop staff, thereby promoting an optimal learning environment for both.
An experienced educational consultant specializing in curriculum and instruction, special education, and academic leadership, she has spent over five years working with diverse student bodies. Mrs. Edwards has improved student outcomes and delivered professional development to several schools. Her work encompasses the development of professional development programs and the implementation of differentiated instructional strategies, leading to increased teacher efficacy and improved student achievement.
Carla Edwards has also helped implement Tier 1 behavioral programs in diverse urban settings, as well as Title 1 schools. Her work in this area has included professional development, coaching, and tiered behavioral supports that target exceptional student populations. The strategies employed have resulted in improved referrals and placements for these student groups, as well as increased outcomes. Mrs. Edward’s experience in diverse urban settings underscores her ability to adapt and succeed in different environments, a quality that is invaluable in the field of education.
Sandra Williams
Educational Consultant-Special Education & LMS
Sandra Williams, Ph.D., earned her bachelor’s degree from Elizabeth City State University, and master’s and doctorate degrees from The Ohio State University.
She is a PreK-12 expert with over thirty years of experience as a special education administrator, early learning division leader, and university-graduate and undergraduate-level faculty focused on teacher preparation, specializing in inclusive practices and behavioral sciences. She has led public and private programs and services as well as large scale professional development initiatives including but not limited to instructional practice, and special education law and compliance.
She has worked as a Division Director, Special Education and Pupil Services, school psychologist and Pennsylvania statewide consultant on behalf of the Bureau of Special Education. More recently she served and retired as the Assistant Director, Program Design and Effectiveness Unit Head Start and Early Learning Division with the Los Angeles County Office of Education.
Dr. Williams lives in California with her family.
Korressa Lee
STEM-Physics Educational Consultant
Korressa Lee is a Senior Health Physicist with the federal government. In this role, she facilitates radiation involving research via consultations, training, laboratory oversight, and protocol writing. She received her Bachelor of Science in Physics from South Carolina State University , and a Master’s of Arts in Material Science from Fisk University . Her expertise is in scintillator development and ionizing radiation statistics.
Korressa is the immediate Past President of the Baltimore-Washington Health Physics Society. Her involvement in the Health Physics Society spans over ten years at both the local and national level. Currently, she serves in leadership roles in her church as well as several community service organizations.
