André T Moore Sr. brings a spirit of excellence to any organization and provides versatility. André has served as an Executive Assistant to the Vice Chancellor, Assistant Vice Chancellor, and the Executive Director of Federal Relations at UCLA for 27 years.
He is the President/CEO of Helping Impact People Inc., a non-profit organization 501 (c), and has served for the last 12 years as the Senior Pastor and overseer of Anointed To Minister Ministries in Lancaster, CA. Academically, André has a Bachelor of Science degree in Organization Behavior (Cum Laude), National University, a Master of Arts, Theological Studies, Liberty University, a Master of Arts, Human Services Counseling, Liberty University, Doctor of Ministry ~ Leadership, Liberty University. André loves to spend time with family, enjoying nature, reading, and listening to good music.
Chesna M. Francisco, BA, MBA
Operations Manager
Chesna, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with nearly seven years of experience supporting public sector organizations, including the federal government, Columbus Public Health, and the City of Columbus Human Resources Department. She holds an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from Park University and a bachelor's degree in Consumer Science and Family Finance from The Ohio State University. Known for her organizational skills, attention to detail, and positive attitude, Chesna brings a collaborative and solutions-driven approach to every team she joins. Her professional journey has been rooted in a commitment to public service, and she is passionate about using her leadership skills to create operational efficiencies that enhance community impact. Chesna currently holds the Operations Manager position, where she can expand her influence and continue to improve the lives of children and families through strategic planning, team leadership, and cross-functional coordination.
